Graham Bottomley

Hello
Welcome to my world of storytelling! As an Australian author, my narratives are deeply rooted in my upbringing and the legacy of my family. Growing up near Clovelly Beach in Sydney, I was shaped by the love and resilience of my adoptive parents, Nell and Kevin Bottomley. Their remarkable lives, especially my father's experiences as a WWII gunner, inspired the characters in my debut novel, "Time on the Harbour," a heartfelt tribute to their enduring spirit. Join me on this journey as we explore the power of love, legacy, and the stories that connect us all.
My Story
Welcome to my creative journey! After my education at Clovelly Public School and Randwick Boys High, I earned a diploma in Advertising from the University of Technology Sydney and dedicated 17 years to being a Communications Officer. Now, living on the Gold Coast, I draw inspiration from my life experiences and the storytelling of legends like Rod Serling and Akiva Goldsman.
My work has been recognized, including a script runner-up award at the Gold Coast Film Festival, and I’m thrilled to share my upcoming novellas, including a futuristic underwater adventure set in 2051 and a thrilling mission to rescue a young daughter in war-torn 2001 Afghanistan.
